Regulations to be followed by all Sol Buggy’s participants at all times-

1. All drivers must produce a current valid driving license before the start of the tour and may not drive a buggy beforehand.

2. All participants will be given a safety briefing and vehicle operating instructions and must take full responsibility to be aware of the features of the Buggy prior to the ride, including operation of drivers and passenger’s seat belts, location of brakes, throttle, indicators and ignition switch.

3. All participants (drivers and passengers) must wear their seat belt at all times while the buggy is in motion.

4. All participants (both drivers and passengers) must follow the instructions of the Sol Buggy’s guide to ensure safety.

5. All participants must travel at the speed instructed by the guides to ensure their safety.

6. All participants must follow the tour guide in a single file line, spaced a minimum of 10m ( 30 feet) apart from the buggy in front . Overtaking is not permitted on road or “off road”.

7. Racing is strictly prohibited and any participants who race a buggy will be removed from the tour forthwith.

8. Participants must not drive dangerously whether on the road or “off road”. Any participants who drive in a dangerous manner, in the opinion of Sol Buggy’s´ staff, will be removed from the tour forthwith .

9. No one is permitted to participate if they have consumed alcohol within 12 hours before the tour or if they are under the influence of drugs or medication. Participants must not consume any drugs or alcohol during the tour.
A liability waiver and hire agreement form must be signed by all participants prior to the Tour commencement.
Safety is of paramount importance for all participants and Sol Buggy’s provides a safe and highly enjoyable guided tour on our machines.

Sorry, we do not provide buggy rentals for unguided riding, all Tours are fully escorted by our expert guides..
